Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z literární rešerše a vlastního terénního výzkumu. První část je zaměřena na rešerši o fytoplanktonu, rybnících, obecnou charakteristiku sledovaného území (CHKO Poodří) a zelené řasy (Chlorophyta) se zaměřením na třídu Zygnematophyceae. Druhá část zahrnuje výzkum sezónní dynamiky a variability fytoplanktonu třech rybníků v CHKO Poodří. Celkem bylo determinováno 76 taxonů …more
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis consists of literature review and of my own field research. The first part is literature review of phytoplankton, ponds, general description of the studied area (PLA Poodří) and Chlorophyta, especially on Zygnematophyceae.
