Bakalářská práce se zabývá primární a sekundární péčí v ordinaci praktického lékaře a jejím dokumentováním z pohledu sestry. V teoretické části charakterizujeme zdraví jako takové, dále pak aspekty zdraví a determinanty zdraví. The bachelor's thesis deals with primary and secondary care in a general practitioner's office and its documentation from the nurse's point of view. In the theoretical part we describe health as such, then aspects of health and determinants of health.
