Bakalářská práce se zabývá suburbanizací a cenami nemovitostí ve vybraných obcích v zázemí města Brna. V práci je nejdříve shrnut vývoj sídelní sítě, poté charakterizována suburbanizace a její historický vývoj v USA, Evropě a v České republice. This bachelor thesis focuses on suburbanization and real estate prices in selected municipalities in the hinterland of the city of Brno.
