Judicial Review of Area Plans
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá soudním přezkumem územních plánů. V první části je věnována pozornost funkci a významu územního plánu jako opatření obecné povahy v systému nástrojů územního plánování. V hlavní části práce jsou pak vymezeny zákonné mantinely samotného soudního přezkumu s důrazem na posouzení aktivní legitimace subjektů, zvláště pak zástupce veřejnosti. The diploma thesis deals with a Judicial Review of Area Plans. At first, attention is paid to the use and the relevance of an Area Plan as the Measure of General Nature in the system of the Territorial planning.
