Imaging methods in diagnostic of macular diseases
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zobrazení zadního pólu oka za účelem diagnostiky makulárních onemocnění. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé přístroje, které lze použít při různých onemocněních makuly. Velká kapitola je věnována optické koherentní tomografii jako metodě poskytující zobrazení sítnicových onemocnění, které se stalo nepostradatelným pro léčbu těchto onemocnění.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the ways and means of fundus imaging with a view to the diagnostics of macular diseases. In this thesis are described different methods of imaging, which can be apllied with various macular diseases.
