Cieľom práce je investičný projekt, ktorého úlohou je zistiť preferencie klientov a následne rozhodnutie, ktorá časť výnosových stredísk Interhotela Moskva a.s. sa má rekonštruovať. Práca je rozdelená na dve základné časti.
