Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je svým obsahem zaměřená na trestné činy páchané v platebním styku na území České republiky. Na začátku práce je pro neodbornou veřejnost ve stručnosti popsáno co to vlastně platební styk je, co zahrnuje a jaké jsou jeho nástroje. Bachelor work its content focused on crimes commited with system of payments on territory of Czech Republic. In begin my work is for not specialist public in brief used up what system of payment is, what involves and which are his instruments. Many people can´t imagine, what does it mean.
