Strategická rizika ve výrobním procesu

Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku strategických rizik ve výrobních podnicích. S využitím deskriptivní analýzy a analýzy FMEA byl charakterizován výrobní proces a identifikována jednotlivá rizika včetně příčin jejich vzniku a možných dopadů. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of strategic risks in manufacturing companies. With the use of descriptive analysis and FMEA analysis, the production process was characterized and individual risks were identified, including the causes of their occurrence and possible impacts.
