The effect of milking time on the amount of milk obtained

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zanalyzovat vliv času dojení na množství získaného mléka u holštýnského černostrakatého skotu. Pokus byl prováděn na skupině 10 dojnic, které byly vybrány na základě podobných parametrů. Provedeným pokusem jsem zjistila, že vliv času dojení na množství získaného mléka hraje určitou roli. Výsledkem mé práce bylo zjištění nádoje vyššího průměrného množství mléka u krav, které byly dojeny v dopoledních hodinách než zvířata dojena ve zbývajícím času během dne. Kdy zvířata v dopoledních hodinách nadojila průměrně 11,57 kg mléka a dojnice, které byly dojeny ve večerních hodinách, nadojily průměrně 8,58 kg mléka. Dále bylo zjištěno, že 100 % krav v pokusu bylo dojeno minimálně dvakrát denně. Přínosem této práce je ucelení informací o dojení pomocí plně automatického dojícího systému, úvodní náhled do této problematiky s výsledným závěrem a diskuzí, kdy se přikládají možná řešení a tipy na úspěšné prokázání vlivu času dojení na množství získaného mléka.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to analyze the effect of milking time on the amount of milk obtained in Holstein black-bred cattle. The experiment was performed on a group of 10 dairy cows selected based on similar parameters. I have found that the effect of milking time on the amount of milk obtained plays a role. The result of my work was the finding of a higher average milk yield in cows that were milked in the morning than the animals were milked during the day. And in the morning, the animals milked an average of 11.57 kg of milk and dairy cows that were milked in the evening reached 8.58 kg of milk. Furthermore, it was found that 100% of the cows in the experiment were milked at least twice a day. The benefit of this work is the complete information about milking using a fully automatic milking system, an introductory insight into the issue with the final conclusion and discussion, where possible solutions and tips for successful demonstration of the effect of milking time on the amount of milk obtained.
