Study of dynamics of intrinsically disordered proteins using NMR relaxation
Abstract:
Přirozeně neuspořádané proteiny jsou makromolekuly bez jedinečné prostorové struktury. Navzdory této neuspořádanosti jsou tyto proteiny nezbytné pro správnou funkci buněk. NMR relaxace je jednou z mála vhodných metod užívaných k popisu konformačních a dynamických vlastností neuspořádaných proteinů.
Abstract:
Intrinsically disordered proteins (IDPs) are macromolecules that lacks of unique 3D structure. In spite of their lack of a defined structure, IDPs are essential for correct function of cells. NMR relaxation is a powerful method used to describe conformational and dynamic properties of IDPs.
