„Herní zákon“ vstoupil v platnost začátkem roku 2017 z důvodu nedostatečné kompletnosti formulace zastaralé právní úpravy, a tím nahradil předchozí právní úpravu, tzv. „loterní zákon“. Abstract:
The gambling law was set to take effect at the beginning of year 2017 in virtue of inadequate outdated formulation of law. It is considered to be the most complex formulation in context of regulation over the gambling industry.
