Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním dospělých, dospělými studenty, jejich studiem když začnou studovat v dospělosti a aspekty, které je ovlivňují. V jednotlivých kapitolách jsou informace o andragogice a historii vzdělávání dospělých v České Republice a Velké Británii. Další části se zabývají vzděláváním dospělých a jeho druhy. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována starším studentům, jejich učení, bariérám, motivacím a metodám, které jsou pro ně užitečné. Cílem práce je představení vzdělávání dospělých, včetně seniorského vzdělávání, a možností seniorského vzdělávání, při kterém studenti nezískají univerzitní titul, v České Republice a Velké Británii.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with adult education, adult learners, their studying when they start learning at a mature age and aspects that influence them. In individual chapters there is information about andragogy and history of adult education in the Czech Republic and Great Britain. Next parts deal with adult education and learning and its kinds and adult learners. Special attention is paid to older students, their learning, barriers, motivations and methods that are useful for them. The aim of the thesis is the presentment of adult education, with the inclusion of seniors´ education, and possibilities of community seniors´ education in the Czech Republic and Great Britain.
