Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zdaňování piva. Cílem práce je identifikovat vybrané problematické aspekty související se správou spotřeb-ní daně z piva a poukázat na aplikační úskalí plynoucí z nezřídka ne-jednotné a nejednoznačné transpozice příslušných směrnic EU. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is focused on beer taxation. The aim of this work is to identify selected problematic aspects related to the administration of excise duty on beer and to point out the application difficulties arising from the often inconsistent and ambiguous transposition of relevant EU directives.
