Tato bakalářská práce je v teoretické části zaměřena na carvingové lyžování a na cvičení, která mají pomoci tuto techniku naučit. V úvodu je stručně popsáno, co je carvingové lyžování. V další části jsou druhy carvingu a vysvětlení nejpoužívanějších technik. V poslední části jsou cvičení, která jsou obsažená ve videoprogramu. Každé cvičení obsahuje popis a nejčastější chyby. This bachelor thesis is in the theoretical part focused on carving skiing and exercises to help with this technique. In the introduction, there is a brief description of carving skiing.
