Cross-species amplification of microsatellites from Ciconiiformes in painted stork (Mycteria leucocephala).
Abstract:
Nesyt indomalajský (Mycteria leucocephala) společně se třemi dalšími druhy (nesyt lesní, nesyt africký a nesyt bílý) tvoří trib Mycteriini spadající pod rod nesytů, čeled čápovitých a řád brodivých. Tento elegantní pták s pestobarevným peřím byl kdysi hojně se vyskytující. Avšak dnes je veden jako téměř ohrožený druh. Z tohoto druhu doposud nebyly izolovány žádné mikrosatelity. Abstract:
The Painted Stork (Mycteria leucocephala) together with three other species (the Milky Stork, the Yellow-billed Stork and the Wood Stork) form a trib Mycteriini, which belongs under the Mycteria genus, the Ciconiidae family and the Ciconiiformes order.
