Abstract:

Cílem práce je vytvoření podnikového plánu nezbytného pro vytvoření nové spoloečnosti. Společnost se zabývá opravou elektroniky, prodejem příslušenství a nákupem a prodejem starých zařízení.První část je přehled literatury v kterém jsou popsány použité analýzy a definice související s daným tématem.Druhá část je Podnikový plán. Ten se skládá z analýz vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, jejichž výsledkem je vytvoření SWOT analýzy, popisem marketingových aktivit, výpočty počátečních, fixních a variabilních nákladu, odhadu zisku a popisem organizace, její struktury, motivace zaměstnanců, popis jejich práce a výše mezd.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to make a Business Plan to start a company. The company is focusing on repairing electronical devices, selling accessories, redeeming and selling old devices.The first part of thesis the Literature Review in which is description of used analyses and definitions regarding the topic. The second part is the Business Plan. The Business Plan consists of analyses of the internal and external environment resulting in the SWOT analysis, description of marketing activities, calculations of initial investment, fixed costs, variable costs, and estimation of the profit, and the description of organization, its structure, employee motivation and their job descriptions with income level.
