Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza managementu inovací v konkrétním podniku. Bude zjišťováno, jak probíhá inovační proces, kdo jej řídí a jakými způsoby se hodnotí jeho přínosy. The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of innovation management in a specific company. It will be explained how innovation process happens, who manages it and how are the benefits of this process evaluated.
