Prvotním cílem mé bakalářské práce je nastínit historický vývoj obecního zřízení. Druhotný cíl je orientován na vysvětlení, základních pojmů souvisejících s touto oblastí a především následná aplikace v praxi. The primary aim of this paper is to outline the historical development of the municipal system. The secondary area of focus is the explanation of basic terms related to this topic and especially the subsequent application in practice.
