The influence of family environment on adolescent´s drug delinquency.

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit z dostupných zdrojů, jak se liší projevy drogové kriminality u adolescentů v souvislosti s jejich rodinným prostředím. V úvodu práce je popsána drogová terminologie, a stručná historie drog v ČR. Druhá kapitola rozebírá drogovou kriminalitu adolescentů, jak ji vnímá právní systém naší země a snaží se definovat samotný pojem adolescent. Dále popisuje podmínky a příčiny vzniku drogové kriminality a základní kriminogenní faktory. Následuje definice rodiny, jejích funkcí, funkčnosti rodiny, krizových situací a jejich vlivů, přístupů rodičů k výchově dětí. Na tomto základě definuje rodinné prostředí. Práce porovnává různé typy rodinných prostředí, jejich funkčnost, resp. nefunkčnost a kriminogenní faktory. Závěr práce se snaží zodpovědět otázku, jak může rodinné prostředí ovlivnit typ páchané drogové kriminality.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to identify, from available sources, how manifestations of drug-related crimes among adolescents differ in the context of their family environment. The introduction describes the drug terminology, and a brief history of drugs in the country. The second chapter examines adolescent drug-related crimes, as it is perceived by the legal system of our country and trying to define the very concept of an adolescent. It also describes the conditions and causes of drug-related crimes and essential criminogenic factors. The following definition of the family, its features, functionality, family crises and their effects, parents attitudes to raising children. On this basis defines a family environment. The work compares different types of family environment, their functionality, resp. no functionality and criminogenic factors. The conclusion tries to answer the question how the family environment affects the type of crime committed by a drug.
