Consistency of estimates of reciprocity parameter in economic experiments

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na odhady recipročního parametru ve vybraných ekonomických experimentech. Na základě teoretického modelu reciprocity Armina Falka a Urse Fischbachera, který je více komplexní než předchozí modely reciprocity, jsou dopočítány reciproční parametry pro ultimátní hru, dictator game a gift-exchange game. Pomocí dat získaných z provedených experimentů různých autorů jsou vypočítány reciproční parametry a následně mezi sebou srovnány. Tímto způsobem bude ukázáno, zda je reciproční parametr konzistentní v různých ekonomických experimentech.

Abstract:

The thesis is focused on the estimates of reciprocal parameter in selected economic experiments. Based on the theoretical model of reciprocity from Armin Falk and Urs Fischbacher, which is more complex than the previous models of reciprocity, the reciprocal parameters for ultimatum game, dictator game and gift-exchange game are calculated. Using the data obtained from the experiments carried out by various authors, the reciprocal parameters are calculated and compared with each other afterward. By this way, it will be shown whether the reciprocal parameter is consistent in various economic experiments.
