Bond Portfolio under the Circumstances of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Diploma thesis called "Bond portfolio under the circumstances of the Czech Republic" focuses on the issue of government and corporate bonds. It deals with their direct trading by small investors. The theoretical part discusses about the basic concepts of investing in the financial markets, portfolio theory itself and the various approaches to the compilation of the portfolio. In the practical part portfolios consisting of purely corporate and government bonds only are constructed. It leads with profitability of opening the government bonds to small investors by direct trading, and in the end it is pointed out a real issue of government bonds.

Abstract:

Diplomová práca „Dlhopisové portfólio v podmienkach Českej republiky“ sa venuje problematike štátnych a korporátnych dlhopisov. Zaoberá sa ich priamym obchodovaním malými investormi. V teoretickej časti sú rozobraté základné pojmy týkajúce sa investovania na finančných trhoch ako aj samotná teória portfólia a jej rôzne prístupy k zostavovaniu súboru cenných papierov. V praktickej časti sú vyobrazené portfóliá pozostávajúce z čisto korporatívnych a výlučne štátnych dlhopisov. Dochádza k analýze výhodnosti sprístupnenia štátnych dlhopisov drobným investorom priamym obchodovaním, a na záver je poukázané na prebehnutú reálnu emisiu štátnych dlhopisov.
