Cílem diplomové práce „Stakeholderská analýza podniku“ je analyzovat stávající strategii podniku, provést stakeholderskou analýzu a poté zhodnotit její přínosy pro vybraný podnik. The aim of the thesis "Stakeholder analysis of a company" is to analyze current business strategy of a company, perform stakeholder analysis and evaluate its benefits for the chosen company.
