The migration wave, procedures and measures of the army of the Czech Republic and the other components of the IZS

Anotace:

Předmětem diplomové práce je přiblížit pojem migrace a v tomto tématu vymezit jeho historii a dále legální a nelegální formu. V oblasti migrace budou nastíněny její příčiny a formy trestné činnosti, které jsou s ní spojené a mohly by mít vliv na bezpečnost České republiky a jejích občanů. Dále bude nastíněno v jakých případech a za splnění jakých podmínek, by na území České republiky zasahovala Armáda České republiky a ostatní složky Integrovaného záchranného systému, v případě, že by větší množství osob chtělo nelegálně překročit její vnitřní hranici. Autorem práce bude dále provedena analýza současného stavu Armády České republiky a Vojenské policie. V případě zjištění nedostatků, které by mohly mít vliv na plnění úkolů, budou navržena doporučení, která by mohla vést k optimalizaci systému.

Abstract:

The subject of this thesis is to introduce the concept of migration and in this topic to define its history and furthermore legal and illegal form. In the area of migration, its causes and forms of criminality will be outlined, which are related to it and could affect the security of the Czech Republic and its citizens. Furthermore, it will be outlined in what cases and under the conditions that the Czech Army and other components of the Integrated Rescue System would intervene in the Czech Republic if a larger number of people would like to cross its internal border illegally. The author of the work will also analyze the current state of the Army of the Czech Republic and the Military Police. If deficiencies are identified that could affect the fulfillment of tasks, recommendations will be proposed that could lead to system optimization. Key
