Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je zlepšit přesnost predikce dvou lineárních regresních modelů, které předpovídají hodnotu disociační konstanky pKa z hodnot nábojů určitých atomů v molekule. Provedená analýza dat sestává ze dvou hlavních částí: analýzy reziduí a shlukové analýzy, na základě které byly vytvořeny dva nové obecné lineární regresní modely (General Linear Models). Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to improve the prediction accuracy of two linear regression models, which determine the acid dissociation constant pKa according to the charges of specific atoms in a molecule. The data analysis comprises of two parts: the analysis of residues and cluster analysis, the latter of which serves as the basis for formulating two new general linear models.
