The aim of the thesis is to point out the rules of the board team as managing authority. It consists of five main chapters. It describes the legal status of the board of the cooperative. It is based primarily on the treatment of cooperatives in the Commercial Code. Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej práce je poukázať na právnu úpravu predstavenstva družstva ako riadiaceho orgánu. Pozostáva z piatich hlavných kapitol. Opisuje právne postavenie predstavenstva družstva. Opiera sa predovšetkým o úpravu družstiev v Obchodnom zákonníku.
