Cooperative Farm Executive borad Legal Status

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to point out the rules of the board team as managing authority. It consists of five main chapters. It describes the legal status of the board of the cooperative. It is based primarily on the treatment of cooperatives in the Commercial Code. Attention is also paid to the work of the European cooperative, in the first instance of cooperative’s divisions and bodies. It provides information about the history of cooperatives and their legislation on the principles, characteristics of bodies, particularly the board of directors of the cooperative. Finally, attention is drawn to the bodies of european cooperative and legislative comparison of the cooperative to other acts.

Abstract:

Cieľom predkladanej bakalárskej práce je poukázať na právnu úpravu predstavenstva družstva ako riadiaceho orgánu. Pozostáva z piatich hlavných kapitol. Opisuje právne postavenie predstavenstva družstva. Opiera sa predovšetkým o úpravu družstiev v Obchodnom zákonníku. Pozornosť v práci sa venuje európskemu družstvu, predovšetkým orgánom európskeho družstva. Bakalárska práca podáva informácie o histórií vzniku družstva a ich právnej úpravy, o princípoch, charakteristike orgánov, predovšetkým predstavenstva družstva. V neposlednom rade je pozornosť venovaná orgánom európskeho družstva a komparácii právnej úpravy predstavenstva družstva s inými právnymi úpravami.
