Anotace:

Theoretical objective of the thesis is an elaboration of an overview of the topical knowledge related to effective and successful project management. Practical aim of the thesis is to conduct interviews focused on identification of both external (i.e. organizational management´s support) and internal (i.e. proper definition of the responsibilities and roles of individual project team´s members) conditions underlying project team´s effectiveness.
