Analysis of Front Crawl Swimming Technique by Measurement System Tachograph

Abstract:

V předkládané práci jsme se zabývali analýzou plaveckého způsobu kraul měřícím systémem Tachograf. Výzkum byl realizován na závodních plavcích výkonnostní a vrcholové úrovně ve věku 13 až 33 let, n=146. Hlavním cílem disertační práce bylo posoudit vliv frekvence pohybů a účinnosti plavecké techniky na plavecký výkon (střední rychlost plavání). Dílčím cílem bylo nalézt rozdíly ve sledovaných proměnných u zvolených kategorií a vlivem únavy. V práci jsme analyzovali a popsali současný stav proměnných střední rychlosti, účinnosti plavecké techniky a frekvence pohybů. Zjistili jsme významný vliv únavy na střední rychlost plavání a frekvenci pohybů, nepotvrdili jsme ho v případě účinnosti plavecké techniky. Našli jsme významný vztah mezi frekvencí pohybů a rychlostí plavání a mezi frekvencí pohybů a účinností plavecké techniky. Vztah účinnosti plavecké techniky a střední rychlosti plavání nebyl prokázán.

Abstract:

This doctoral thesis deals with the analysis of crawl swimming technique by measuring system Tachograph. The study has been conducted on performance and top-level swimmers aged 13-33, n = 146. The main aim of the dissertation is to assess the impact of frequency of movements and efficiency of swimming technique on swimming performance (mean swimming speed). Another aim is to find differences in variables in some selected categories and also due to fatigue. We have analyzed and described the current state of variables of medium speed, efficiency of swimming technique and frequency of movements. We have ascertained that fatigue has a significant effect on mean swimming speed and frequency of movements, we have not confirmed its impact on swimming efficiency. We have also ascertained a significant relation between frequency of movements and speed of swimming and between frequency of movements and efficiency of swimming technique. The relation between swimming efficiency and mean speed has not been proved.
