Tématem této diplomové práce je odhad parametrů jednoduchých modelů neuronu. Práce se skládá z pěti kapitol. Obsahem první kapitoly jsou základní pojmy a metody teorie odhadu. V druhé kapitole jsou definovány vybrané náhodné procesy a odvozeny jejich vlastnosti. Pomocí těchto procesů jsou ve třetí kapitole vytvořeny jednoduché modely posloupnosti neuronových impulsů. Estimation of the parameters in simple neuronal models is the topic of this thesis. It consists of five chapters. The basic concepts and methods of estimation theory are summarized in the first chapter. Selected random processes are defined and some of their properties are derived in the second chapter.
