Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice zániku nájmu bytu a s ním spojenými následky. Součástí práce je seznámení čtenáře s pojmem zánik nájmu bytu, ve kterém je podrobně popsán postup při výpovědi z nájmu bytu. The thesis deals with the issue of termination of tenancy and its related consequences. The work is to introduce readers to the concept of extinction of tenancy, which is described in detail the procedure for termination of tenancy.
