Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje aktuální platební styk. Je zde uvedeno základní rozdělení platebního styku podle formy použitých platebních prostředků a přehled jednotlivých nástrojů platebního styku. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit nejvyužívanější platební styk a důvody, které k tomu vedou. Jak lidé vnímají technologický vývoj v této oblasti. K naplnění cíle jsem využila metodu analýzy. Analýzu jsem provedla na základě dotazníkového výzkumu, kterého se zúčastnil dostačující počet respondentů. Dle zjištěných informací tímto průzkumem, jsem porovnala užívání různých druhů platebního styku a graficky zaznamenala. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělila do několika částí. První kapitoly jsou ryze teoretické. Jedná se převážně o zásadní definice platebního styku a jeho formy, které v této práci podrobně popisuji. Dále se zabývám již konkrétními způsoby platebního styku a jejich používáním.

Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the current payment system. It lists the basic distribution of payments used by forms of payment products and overview of the different payment instruments. The aim of my thesis is to determine the most frequently used payment system and the reasons for doing so. How people perceive technological developments in this area. To meet the goal, I use a method of analysis. The analysis was conducted based on a questionnaire survey, which was attended by a sufficient number of respondents. According to the information gathered by the survey, I compared the use of different types of payment and graphically recorded. Bachelor work is divided into several parts. The first chapters are purely theoretical. These are mainly fundamental definition of payment and the forms that this work describes in detail. Then I deal with have specific ways of payments and their use.
