Diplomová práce se specializuje na výživu a stravování ve školních jídelnách u adolescentů ve věku 15-18 let na střední škole se zaměřením na gastronomii. Teoretická část se zabývá podtématy, která s výživou a stravováním souvisejí. Správnou výživou, jejími zásadami, diferenciovanou stravou, pitným režimem, potravinovou pyramidou. The thesis is specialized on nutrition and eating in school canteens within the adolescents of age 15-18 on gastronomy focused secondary school.
