Abstract:
V diplomové práci se zabývám právní úpravou právních úkonů v pracovněprávních vztazích se zaměřením především na následky vad právních úkonů, ale také na právní úpravu jednotlivých právních úkonů, které mají pro pracovněprávní vztahy zásadní význam.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the legal regulation of legal acts in Labour relations, focusing primarily on the consequences of defects in the legal acts but also on the legal regulation of the various legal acts, which are of crucial importance for Labour relations.
