Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl zdokumentovat litevskou kuchyni v důrazu na pojem národnosti. Práce se věnuje dvěma důležitým protikladným názorům, které vznikají při popisu litevské kuchyně. V další části se zabývá jejím neodborným vnímáním, kde v reakci na ně analyzuje názory odborné, neopomíjejíc základní informace státní péče o kulinární dědictví. This bachelor thesis aims to document Lithuainan cuisine with emphasis to concept of the nationality. The paper deals with two important contradictory opinions which arise from the description of Lithuanian cuisine.
