Cílem této diplomové práce je provést teoretický rozbor dnes v běžné praxi používaných přepěťových ochran a jejich působení při dočasných a trvalých přepětích. The goal of this diploma thesis is to make a theoretical analysis of surge arresters which are commonly used in today's practice and their effects in transient and permanent overvoltage.
