Abstract:
Práce pojednává zejména o vztazích mezi soukromým a veřejným sektorem. Charakterizuje základní pojmy a zabývá se jejich funkcí či významem. Zabývá se státními zásahy do trhu a jejich konkrétními příklady, případně zdůvodněním zavedení regulací či provedení zásahů. Nabízí k porovnání názory zastánců regulací a argumentaci jejich kritiků. The work aims mainly at relations between the private and public sectors. It characterizes the basic concepts and discusses their function or meaning. It deals with the state interventions to the market and its particular examples or with a justification of the introduction of control or intervention.
