Práce se věnuje problematice tvorby podnikatelského plánu. Popisuje založení soukromého zdravotnického pracoviště nenádorové radioterapie. Významná část teoretického úvodu popisuje formální náležitosti podnikatelského projektu v podmínkách českého zdravotnictví. The thesis is focused on issues of creating a business plan. It describes the establishing the private clinic for non-cancer radiotherapy.
