Dizertační práce je zaměřena na funkční charakterizaci a klasifikaci halogenalkandehalogenas (HLD), mikrobiálních enzymů, které štěpí vazbu mezi uhlíkem a halogenem v celé řadě halogenovaných alifatických sloučenin. The Thesis is focused on functional characterization and classification of haloalkane dehalogenases (HLDs), microbial hydrolytic enzymes capable to cleave carbon-halogen bond of wide range of halogenated alkanes.
