Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá, zda dokáže být mezinárodní tým opravdovou konkurenční výhodou organizace. V teoretické části jsou zde analyzovány základní pojmy, tedy struktura organizace, tým a týmová práce se zaměřením na problematiku práce v mezinárodním týmu. This bachelor's thesis explores whether an international team can be a real competitive advantage of an organization. In theoretical part basic terms are analyzed.
