Analýza zákaznických dat z pokladního systému: Případ kavárny

Abstract:

Analýza dat z pokladního systému rodinného podniku.Hlavním cílem této práce je nalezení způsobu, jak snížit náklady, zlepšení marketingu, a maximalizace výnosů. Tato práce by měla částečně nastavit budoucí fungování podniku.Metody, použité v této práci jsou ABC Analýza of tržeb a nákladů, Parettova analýza, a optimalizace pracovní doby zaměstnancůVýsledek této práce přiměl analyzovanou společnost změnit něteré manažerské postupy. Více peněz teď bude investováno do marketingu. Plánování rozpočtů a další manažerské nástroje teď budou používány častěji.

Abstract:

Analysis of revenues from the family-owned coffee shop. The main target of this thesis is to help this particular company with costs reduction, the improvement of marketing, and maximization of revenues. This thesis should set a defined pattern for future analyses done by the company.The methodology used in this thesis is the ABC Analysis of revenues and costs, Pareto analysis, and staff workflow optimization.The conclusion of this thesis had made the company change its managerial organization. More money will be put into marketing. Budgeting and other analyses are now going to be used more precisely.
