Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá luxusem, módou, životním stylem majetných lidí a vyšších společen-ských tříd. Snaží se shrnout různé společenskovědní koncepce původu a povahy luxusu a s ním spojeného životního stylu. Všímá si zejména francouzské společnosti a jejího vztahu k orientálnímu světu. Porovnává rovněž přístup k luxusu mezi muži a ženami.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with luxury, fashion and with a lifestyle of wealthy people and higher social classes. It makes an attempt to summarize various social concepts of the origin and the nature of luxury and the lifestyle that is combined with it. The thesis mainly observes French society and its relationship to the oriental Word. It compares the approach to luxury between men and women.
