Abstract:
Práce je zaměřená na proces tvorby, modifikace a vyhodnocení obchodního modelu existující obchodní firmy podnikající v oblasti poskytování leteckého cateringu. V práci se zabývám hledáním vhodné definice termínu obchodní model a aplikací metody tvorby obchodního modelu podle Alexandra Osterwaldera.
Abstract:
This work is focused on the process of creating, modifying and evaluating the business model of an existing commercial company operating in the field of providing airline catering services. The thesis deals with the search for a suitable definition term “Business model” and application of method of creating a business model according to Alexander Osterwalder.
