Diplomová práce je zaměřena na téma klima školy. V teoretické části práce je nejprve vymezen termín klima školy a dále pojmy, které se ke klimatu školy vztahují a to sociální klima a sociální atmosféra. Další kapitola pojednává o klimatu výuky a třídy z pohledu učitelů i žáků. This thesis deals with the school climate. The theoretical part is divided into five parts. The first one contains the terms as school climate, social climate, social atmosphere and many others which are close to this topics.
