Abstract:
V bakalářské práci se zabývám operativně pátracími prostředky, které jsou důležitou součástí při předcházení, odhalování a objasňování trestné činnosti. Cílem mé práce je rozbor operativně pátracích prostředků, možnosti jejich využití a způsob jejich povolování a používání.
Abstract:
In my bachelor thesis I deal with operative search means, which are an important part of prevention, detection and clarification of crime. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse operative search means, the possibilities of their use and way of their authorization and application.
