Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá podnikatelským plánem dalšího rozvoje malého podniku. V práci jsou sestaveny a použity jednotlivé analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí, finanční analýzy minulosti a SWOT analýza. Zjištěné poznatky jsou následně implementovány souběžně s vlastními návrhy a je sestaven budoucí odhad vývoje podniku z hlediska cíleného zisku, nákladů a investiční náročnosti.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the business plan for further development of a small business. The emphasis is based on the individual analyses of the internal and external environment, financial analyses of the past and SWOT analysis.
