Design of the building and processing of project documentation Veterinary clinic for small animals

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracovat zjednodušenou projektovou dokumentaci pro stavební povolení novostavby veterinární kliniky pro malá zvířata umístěné ve Zruči Senci.Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dispoziční řešení kliniky a na statický výpočet nejvíce namáhaných nosných prvků objektu. V práci je posuzována křížem vyztužená spojitá deska, průvlak, sloup a základová patka. Dále je vytvořena výkresová dokumentace a technické zprávy pro stavební povolení. Budova je dvoupodlažní a nosnou konstrukci tvoří železobetonový monolitický skelet. Obvodový plášť je tvořen tepelněizolačními tvárnicemi Ytong. V 1. podlaží se nachází prostory kliniky, ve 2. obchod s chovatelskými potřebami, salon pro psy a zázemí pro zaměstnance kliniky. Zatížení a výpočty byly provedeny v programu Dlubal RFEM a IDEA STATICA Concrete. Všechny návrhy a posouzení jsou v souladu s platnými normami. Výkresová část byla zpracována v programu AutoCad 2012.

Abstract:

The object of this bachelor thesis is to devise simplified project documentation for building permit for new building of Veterinary clinic for small animals located in Zruč Senec. The bachelor thesis is focused on the layout of the clinic and the static calculation of the most stressed load-bearing elements of the building. In this thesis is assessed the cross -reinforced continuous slab, the girder, the column and the foundation block. Next drawings and technical reports for a building permit are created.The building has two floors and load-bearing structure consists of reinforced concrete skeleton. The cladding consists of thermal insulation Ytong. In the 1st floor there is a place of the clinic, in the 2nd floor there are the shop with Pet Supplies, salon for dogs and facilities for staff of the clinic. Loads and calculations were made in the Dlubal RFEM and STATICA IDEA Concrete. All proposals and assessments are in accordance with applicable standards. The drawing part was created in AutoCAD 2014.
