Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to design a control system for a traffic light. In this case, these are not fixed traffic lights at a light-controlled intersection, but temporary traffic signs at an ordinary intersection, for example during road repairs. It is necessary to install four portable traffic lights, two pairs, in this place. These traffic lights cannot be connected with cables. It is therefore proposed to control them using independent microprocessors communicating with each other via wifi. Various control strategies are proposed for this automaton-based system. A small intersection model was built to demonstrate the control system and for teaching purposes. The sample mast of the model was designed in CAD Catia and Creo and printed on a 3D printer. LEDs were used instead of lights. The proposed control system could be used at a real intersection, where it would be necessary to use amplifiers to connect powerful lights.

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh řídicího systému světelné křižovatky. V tomto případě nejde o pevné semafory na světelně řízené křižovatce, ale o dočasné dopravní značení na obyčejné křižovatce například během opravy vozovky. Na toto místo je nutné nainstalovat čtyři přenosné semafory, dva páry. Tyto semafory nemohou být propojeny pomocí kabelů. Je proto navrženo jejich řízení pomocí nezávislých mikroprocesorů vzájemně komunikujících pomocí wifi. Jsou navrženy různé strategie řízení pro tento systém na bázi automatů. Pro demonstaci řídicího systému a pro účely výuky byl sestrojen malý model křižovatky. Ukázkový stožár modelu byl navržen v CAD Catia a Creo a vytištěn na 3D tiskárně. LED diody byly použity místo světel. Navržený řídicí systém by mohl být použit na reálné křižovatce, kdy by bylo nutné použít zesilovače pro připojení výkonných světel.
