Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá formálními znaky trestného činu, především jeho subjektivní stránkou. Analýze je podroben především pojem úmyslu a nedbalosti. Práce se dále věnuje deskripci kriminality, prevence kriminality a souvisejících pojmů. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with elements of the crime, primarily with the mens rea of the offender. Above all, the concepts of purposely, knowingly, recklessly and negligently acting are analysed. The thesis deals also with the description of criminality, crime prevention and related concepts. In conclusion, some of the crucial decisions of the Czech higher courts are analysed.
