Diplomová práce se zabývá pojištěním pro případ úpadku cestovních kanceláří. Cestovní kanceláře mají v cestovním ruchu nezastupitelnou úlohu. Nakupují, kombinují a prodávají služby cestovního ruchu. Velký počet cestovních kanceláří na trhu vede k tomu, že některé na sebe vyhlásí úpadek, tedy nedostojí svým závazkům vůči klientům. Diploma thesis deals with insurance of Travel Agencies against failure. Travel agencies have an irreplaceable role in tourism. They buy, combine and sell tourism services. A large number of travel agencies on the market leads to the fact that some of them declare bankruptcy, thus they do not meet their obligations to clients.
