Střevní i orální mikrobiom se začíná vyvíjet již v průběhu těhotenství a je ovlivňován celou řadou faktorů. K těm nejdůležitějším patří životní styl matky, způsob porodu, výživa a antibiotická léčba. Pro dítě je také hlavním zdrojem bakterií jeho matka. Abstract:
Intestinal and oral microbiome begin to develop during pregnancy and are influenced by a variety of factors. The most important are the mother's lifestyle, the mode of delivery, nutrition and antibiotic treatment. The main source of bacteria for the infant is also their mother. Bacteria are transmitted during pregnancy through amniotic fluid, placenta or umbilical cord blood and begin to colonize the …more
